Ready-to-Wear Wigs

All ready-to-wear wigs are made to order and ship within 7–12 business days (unless otherwise stated in the product description). This does not include weekends or holidays.

Please do not contact customer service about your order status unless it has passed the 12-business-day window, as we cannot provide updates prior to that timeframe.

Extensions & Bundles

Bundles and extensions ship within 5–7 business days. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.

Because our hair is imported and goes through strict quality control, a buffer period is necessary. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update once scanned by the carrier.

If you did not enter an email address at checkout, you will not receive tracking information. If you'd like us to update your file for future orders, please reach out.
